FP Explosive Athleticism Training Program
This online training program is designed to take your athleticism to the next level! Focusing on developing explosive speed, strength, and power. This program is made of the same advanced athletic training techniques and exercises that have transformed our athletes speed, strength, and jumping ability.
This 12 week training program is separated into 3 4 week phases, designed to progressively develop our desired athletic qualities. Each phase and exercise is accompanied with demonstrations, information, and resources on how to get the most out of your training. Coach Zach is readily available to help with your training needs and questions throughout anytime in the program.
This program is for advanced athletes and is advised that you have at least one year of proper training experience. If you are new to training and do not have weight room experience we recommend to start with our FP Elite Athlete Bodyweight program first.
