Our Story

FullPotential was born from Coach Zach's genuine passion for transforming athletes' athleticism and helping them conquer goals that may seem impossible to others.

Through unwavering determination and relentless work ethic, he discovered the keys to transforming athleticism.

Fuelled by his personal experiences, Zach created FullPotential as a platform to share his knowledge and guide other athletes toward reaching their own seemingly impossible goals. Meet the team behind FullPotential:

Head Coach/ Founder: Zach Salisbury

Zach founded FullPotential through his passion and knowledge for transforming athletes' athleticism and helping athletes reach their huge goals. Zach’s skill for athletic training came from his own seemingly impossible goal of playing college basketball. To reach this goal he tried and learnt everything he could about athletic training and ended up transforming his own athleticism and accomplishing this goal while learning the keys to transforming athleticism along the way. He then used his skill for athletic training to work towards competing in NCAA track and field and also accomplished this goal. Zach is currently completing his BSc at SFU while pursuing a physiotherapy education.

Zach now continues to learn and share his knowledge and experience to help athlete's accomplish their athletic goals and reach their athletic FullPotential.

Coach: Tyson Baker

Tyson is currently a second year shooting guard for Columbia Bible College, competing in the PacWest. After an impactful season using his athleticism to successfully guard the toughest opponents throughout the league, Tyson was named CBC’s defensive player of the year.

Tyson made a huge athletic transformation in highschool when he began to prioritize his athletic training and taking care of his body. This commitment to training is what has led to Tyson being the successful highflying athlete he is today.

Tyson brings this same emphasis of honest hard work and commitment to intentional athletic training to coaching our athletes at FullPotential.

Coach: Kennedy Primrose

Kennedy is currently a second year athlete on SFU’s track and field team, competing in the NCAA. Kennedys accomplishments include holding the BC triple jump record, and being the one of the best female jumpers in Canada.

Kennedy has persevered through an ACL tear, and tendinitis to perform at all time bests and continue to improve each year. Because of these experiences Kennedy has a great understanding of how to treat and prevent injuries and brings this understanding and care to training our athletes.

Coach: Jacob Antchak

Jacob is well known as one of the best and most athletic basketball prospects throughout the country. Jacob’s explosive athleticism and dunking ability has opened up numerous opportunities for him.

Although seemingly coming natural for him, this athleticism didn’t come out of no where. Ever since the beginning of highschool Jacob has put a focused dedication to his athletic training to reach his goals. Throughout this dedication to the process of improvement Jacob has picked up knowledge and skills for athletic training which he shares with our athletes at FullPotential.

Jacob emphasizes the importance of recovery and consistent hard work.
