Welcome to the "BulletProof Athlete" program, designed to help you become a stronger, more mobile, and injury-resilient athlete. Our program is perfect for athletes of all levels, whether you are recovering from a previous injury, looking to prevent future possible injuries, or simply seeking to move and perform better.
The program includes three workouts per week that can be adjusted to fit your schedule.
Our program can be downloaded immediately after purchase and can be started right away. You will have complete access to Head Coach Zach, who will be there to answer any training questions and help guide you to success. Minimal equipment is required for the program, but a set of dumbbells will help you to progress the exercises.
The most valuable athletes to post-secondary and professional coaches are healthy and able to perform year-round.
